Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Oversee and refresh project workflows and task management in Asana for various client accounts.

• Organize and distribute content across different platforms on behalf of clients.

• Initiate and execute email marketing campaigns, primarily using HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.

• Maintain and revise current marketing dashboards and reports; alert the founder to performance trends.

• Execute basic updates on WordPress websites as required.

• Manage CRM data entry, oversee list management, and ensure overall database cleanliness.

• Collaborate with contractors and client-side teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Perform quality assurance and proofreading on outgoing materials.

• Assist in documentation and process management to maintain consistency in internal operations.

• Provide general marketing and administrative assistance as needed by the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Excellent English communication skills, both in writing and speaking**

• 4-5 years of direct marketing experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, including email, content, reporting, and basic paid media.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, with a strong preference for HubSpot.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in an asynchronous environment.

• Skilled in project management tools, particularly Asana.

• **Nice to Have**

• Experience with WordPress for basic updates and content publishing.

• Knowledge of Canva for light design and content assistance.

• Experience with marketing reporting and dashboard tools.

• Background working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
