This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Implement assigned marketing initiatives across both owned and paid channels, which include digital advertising, email, social media, paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
• Adhere to campaign timelines and checklists, ensuring deliverables are completed on time while identifying any scheduling risks or obstacles.
• Set up, schedule, and launch campaign materials such as emails, social media posts, and ad creatives in accordance with approved specifications.
• Review and quality-check content prior to campaign launches.
• Oversee marketing channels and monitor fundamental delivery issues, such as broken links, bounced emails, and ad rejections.
• Assist with tagging, naming conventions, and the organization of assets.
• Maintain campaign calendars and shared tracking documents.
• Extract basic performance data from advertising, email, and social media platforms.
• Compile updates on campaign status and performance summaries in collaboration with the Marketing Operations Manager.
• Keep precise records of completed campaign tasks.
• Work together with the Marketing Operations Manager and the marketing team to prioritize campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Proactively communicate about task statuses and timelines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent level of experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or a related field; relevant internship experience is also valued.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, encompassing email platforms, social media, and digital advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or email marketing tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management or task-tracking tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello is preferred.
• A basic understanding of marketing performance metrics is preferred.
