This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Accountable for developing programs and managing the systems necessary to drive inbound lead traffic.
• Leverage Marketo to its maximum capabilities while understanding SFDC integration.
• Align expectations among various teams and collaborate on best practices.
• Evaluate program requirements and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Deliver data-informed solutions and recommendations that align with business objectives and needs.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of data, while monitoring essential performance metrics.
• Evaluate ad hoc analytic project requests and determine the most effective approach for support.
• 3-5 years of experience with Marketo.
• 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong program and project management skills are essential.
• Self-motivated individual who is passionate about Marketing Automation and eager to learn and grow.
• Collaborative team player.
• Practical experience with dashboards and reporting.
• Familiarity with lead nurturing and lead scoring is a plus.
