• Act as the main administrator for Marketo, overseeing integrations, lifecycle and scoring, programs, and database management.
• Take complete ownership of Demandbase and LeanData, including audience logic, routing rules, and Salesforce synchronization.
• Enhance and maintain the integration layer among tools such as Tray.io, Knak, and webhook-based event platforms.
• Assess, implement, and onboard new tools as the marketing technology stack evolves.
• Identify opportunities where AI can provide significant leverage in marketing operations and assist in designing practical, governed solutions.
• Collaborate on workflows that enable the marketing team to execute tasks more efficiently and effectively.
• Track how data is populated across sync rules, API writes, smart campaigns, and manual processes.
• Work with the marketing analyst to address reporting needs and offer context regarding how data is generated and maintained.
• Ensure database health by managing deduplication, field hygiene, lifecycle-driven archival, and compliance-related subscription logic.
• Create documentation and enablement resources that campaign managers, BDR partners, and RevOps stakeholders can effectively utilize.
• Convert system logic into straightforward guidance for go-to-market teams.
• Stay informed on the future direction of marketing technology and provide valuable insights on stack decisions and operational design.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo, including work in inherited or complex instances.
• Strong fluency in Salesforce, with the ability to trace field values across sync rules, API writes, form fills, and downstream workflows.
• Experience supporting campaign teams and BDR functions in a B2B go-to-market setting.
• Ability to balance technical details with business context, particularly when dealing with routing, scoring, integrations, and reporting.
• Practical understanding of AI, with clear perspectives on where AI adds value and experience in shaping AI-enabled workflows.
• Possess strong analytical instincts and the ability to question what a metric is truly measuring and how the underlying data is sourced.
