This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Oversee and direct marketing automation platforms, including the execution of campaigns, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Create and uphold marketing data governance protocols, encompassing lead routing, life cycle stages, and standards for data quality.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to synchronize marketing systems with CRM processes.
• Design and manage dashboards and reporting mechanisms for evaluating marketing performance, pipeline contributions, and the success of campaigns.
• Establish and standardize marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Assist in attribution and ensure pipeline visibility in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
• Offer insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing marketing efficiency and return on investment.
• Lead project management efforts for the brand integration of acquired companies.
• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, acquired brands, and various business units.
• Monitor deliverables, timelines, and dependencies throughout integration projects.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand transitions, which includes messaging, website updates, and communications.
• Act as a central liaison among marketing functions to foster alignment and execution.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, and Creative teams on various campaigns and initiatives.
• Enhance planning, coordination, and communication across the marketing organization.
• Be prepared to travel up to 10% of the time for business-related purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or similar roles.
• Proficient in managing HubSpot marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Experience in reporting, analytics, and performance evaluation.
• Proven capability in coordinating cross-functional projects or programs.
• Strong comprehension of marketing operations, systems, and processes.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data effectively.
• Demonstrated project and program management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Ability to foster alignment and execution within a matrixed environment.
• Must currently hold work authorization in the country where the position is based; Woolpert cannot provide visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business-related purposes.
