This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the operational framework that drives marketing planning, execution, and campaign delivery.
• Develop and sustain project plans, timelines, documentation, and operational playbooks for various marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate among cross-functional stakeholders and manage the transition of campaigns across Marketing, Product, Creative, Analytics, and other partner teams.
• Foster accountability by ensuring that deliverables adhere to schedules and proactively addressing any obstacles.
• Create scalable operational processes for integrated campaigns, launches, significant events, and ongoing marketing programs.
• Establish repeatable systems for launch preparedness, campaign tracking, reporting, and team planning.
• Construct measurement frameworks and operational dashboards to monitor campaign performance, milestones, budgets, and business results.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to assist in prioritization, resource allocation, and budget oversight throughout the marketing organization.
• Recognize operational risks early and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Document processes and continually enhance the marketing organization's operations as the company grows.
• A minimum of 5 years in Marketing Operations, Program Management, Integrated Marketing, Campaign Operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate, cross-functional marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding project management, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience in developing scalable operational processes and documentation within fast-growing settings.
• Proficient in creating reporting frameworks, tracking KPIs, and assisting in budget management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to drive alignment and accountability among teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at functioning in a dynamic environment where priorities can change rapidly.
• Enthusiastic about building systems that enable teams to work more efficiently and perform at a high standard.
