This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You empathize with our clients and autonomously establish recruiting and performance campaigns using Meta & Google Ads for them.
• Operate within our established frameworks to make informed decisions independently: which ad creatives to launch, which audiences to modify, and identify areas requiring enhancements.
• You create and oversee outbound and email campaigns in the backend on behalf of our clients — you are the driving force behind successful sequences that convert leads into dialogues.
• You track ongoing campaigns, identify anomalies in metrics promptly, and proactively suggest adjustments, implementing them after consulting with the Account Manager.
• You craft compelling outbound copy (cold emails, follow-ups, and sequences) with an emphasis on maximizing open rates, responses, and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to refine offers, messaging, and campaign strategies for optimal performance.
• You operate entirely in the backend without direct client interaction — your concentration is on copy, structure, testing, and scaling.
• Leverage AI tools wisely in your daily tasks to achieve quicker and superior outcomes.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of practical experience with Meta Ads Manager (having independently set up campaigns — not solely through a marketing degree).
• Excellent copywriting abilities and an understanding of how effective email copy captures attention and encourages responses.
• A keen visual sense and analytical perspective: you can assess whether a creative is effective and utilize data to explain a campaign's performance.
• A pragmatic, proactive approach: if something is not working, you address it and find solutions independently.
• You are capable of working autonomously, in a structured manner, and take ownership of your outcomes.
