This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and publish content across various social media channels

• Edit short-form videos and design graphics using Canva

• Compose captions and adapt existing content

• Maintain a content calendar and track engagement metrics

• Conduct research on potential clients and key decision-makers

• Create prospect lists and assist with outreach initiatives

• Organize meetings and keep detailed records

• Help prepare proposals and sales materials

• Provide support to the founder in daily operations and project management

• Oversee calendars, schedule meetings, and manage follow-up tasks

• Develop presentations and client-facing documents

• Monitor deadlines, action items, and deliverables

• Contribute to delivering an outstanding client experience for a growing account

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Proactive with strong communication abilities

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities

• Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and social media platforms

• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT (preferred)

• Prior experience in executive support, marketing, sales, recruiting, or project coordination is advantageous
