This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of creating, sending, and reporting on enterprise OTB campaigns.
• Assist Senior Marketing Managers with email campaigns and experiments related to the lifecycle funnel.
• Customize and refresh sales and patient-facing materials.
• Implement ongoing outreach programs focused on utilization.
• Oversee the execution of tools and educational resources aimed at patients.
• Act as the primary project manager for the team, coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Manage the creative review process with designers and contractors.
• Serve as the final quality-control checkpoint for all campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results and compile performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain internal data repositories.
• Assist with high-volume content production.
• 3–5+ years of marketing experience in a role focused on execution, preferably within a startup, agency, or rapidly growing company.
• Strong skills in project management.
• Exceptional written communication and proofreading skills.
• Experience in executing email marketing initiatives.
• Comfortable working with data.
• Experience in collaborating with designers or creative contractors.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
