This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of the Marketing Engine — and enhance its capabilities: Act as the steward of our MarTech stack, including HubSpot, while driving its evolution.
• Manage the Operational Rhythm: Oversee the processes that keep marketing on track — including lead routing, scoring, lifecycle nurturing, and campaign execution.
• Enhance Lifecycle & Funnel Performance: Look beyond individual campaigns. Take ownership of the entire journey from prospect to customer.
• Transform Data Into Insights: Create dashboards and reports that clearly illustrate marketing's impact on revenue.
• Act as a Force Multiplier: Demonstrate what AI-enhanced marketing looks like in action.
• Oversee Events & Key Programs: Manage the operational support for webinars, conferences, and customer programs.
• Handle Vendors & the Stack: Manage the MarTech budget, vendor relationships, and renewal processes.
• Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance: Serve as the protector of marketing data accuracy.
• 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar B2B SaaS role, preferably in the EdTech sector.
• Practical experience managing a MarTech stack — HubSpot (mandatory), along with ABM and analytics tools.
• Proven history of implementing automation and process optimization that remains effective.
• Knowledgeable in LLMs, automation platforms, and AI-driven analytics.
• Experience in designing workflows that integrate data, tools, and teams seamlessly.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert data into compelling narratives that inform decision-making.
• Background in aligning marketing and sales through collaborative initiatives.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.
