This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.
• Assist with daily HubSpot operations, which include contact management, list creation, workflow updates, property development, form management, and the generation of reports and dashboards.
• Aid in the maintenance and resolution of field mapping challenges, synchronization errors, and data consistency issues.
• Contribute to enrichment workflows utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct ongoing data hygiene tasks, including deduplication, standardization of fields, list cleaning, and segmentation.
• Assist in building and updating HubSpot workflows that facilitate campaign launches and lead routing.
• Create and manage email sequences in Outreach.io, develop and maintain prospect views and lists, and oversee Chili Piper Rules and Routers.
• Document workflows, processes, and field definitions to enhance team knowledge and continuity.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market Operations.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot, particularly in managing contacts, workflows, lists, behavioral events, and reporting.
• Proficient understanding of the HubSpot and Salesforce integration, including data synchronization and troubleshooting common issues.
• Familiarity with Chili Piper or similar tools for meeting scheduling and routing.
• Strong awareness of data hygiene practices and a proven track record of maintaining clean and usable CRM data.
• Knowledge of data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, or Clearbit.
• Experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or HubSpot Sequences.
