This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and consistently evaluate and enhance key marketing workflows, including lifecycle progression, campaign automation, attribution, and data flow throughout the marketing stack to boost performance and scalability.
• Oversee and optimize the synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce, focusing on field management, data flow, and system governance.
• Manage user access, configurations, integrations, and ongoing improvements to the platform.
• Assess and facilitate the implementation of new tools and capabilities (e.g., AEO, spam mitigation).
• Lead the development of scoring models and lifecycle stage progression, collaborating with the broader MarOps team on joint lead lifecycle management.
• Comprehend, support, and provide backup for lead routing, enrichment, and data hygiene processes as necessary.
• Establish and uphold campaign operations governance (taxonomy, naming conventions, hierarchies, and standardized SFDC setup) to enable scalable, outsourced execution.
• Coordinate efforts between Demand Gen, Paid Media, Field, BDR, and external partners to ensure consistent execution.
• Guarantee precise campaign tracking, attribution, and data consistency across systems.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Marketing, Sales Ops, Analytics, and Business Systems teams on process and system enhancements; communicate updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in global email and data compliance initiatives (e.g., consent management, data handling policies).
• Maintain documentation for processes, systems, and governance standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations or similar roles.
• Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Marketo and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with tools such as 6sense, RingLead/LeanData, Full Circle Insights, and Asana (or similar platforms).
• Strong grasp of lead lifecycle management and campaign attribution models.
• Experience in designing and optimizing workflows, automation, and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset in managing systems and processes.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working with Sales Ops, CRM Teams, and Analytics teams.
• Familiarity with data hygiene, enrichment strategies, and compliance standards.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., Qualified, Profound, Metadata).
• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to create agents or automations that enhance productivity and streamline marketing workflows.
