This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the marketing technology landscape, incorporating platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, Trellus, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Folloze.
• Work closely with digital, revenue, and partner marketing teams to design, quality assure, launch, and refine multi-channel, data-driven campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, ABM programs, and events.
• Oversee the execution of email campaigns to boost engagement, lead progression, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Spearhead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of AI-enhanced and agentic BDR workflows.
• Evaluate funnel performance from target account engagement to closed-won opportunities to uncover trends and areas for improvement.
• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical position.
• Proven experience in building or scaling a Revenue Operations function from inception in a growing SaaS environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data architecture.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret intricate datasets and convey insights effectively.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the development of executive presentations.
• Strong grasp of SaaS metrics, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
