This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Operations leadership team to oversee and enhance the Marketo platform.
• Implement the operational strategy for Marketo, covering lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing logic, and system workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and improve smart campaigns, nurture initiatives, and operational processes to facilitate scalable marketing execution.
• Assist in maintaining integrations between Marketo and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) along with other marketing applications.
• Monitor and resolve synchronization issues, ensuring precise and prompt data transfer between systems.
• Aid in preserving data integrity within Marketo through consistent governance, normalization, and system audits.
• Support campaign development across various teams, which includes program setup, list imports, segmentation, and token utilization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee that campaigns are executed according to best practices and operational guidelines.
• Diagnose campaign issues and offer direct support to ensure the smooth operation of programs.
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Marketo, encompassing campaign creation, lifecycle management, and system administration.
• Proficient in supporting lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle frameworks.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce is highly preferred) and marketing-to-sales processes.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo is highly preferred).
• Acquainted with our essential marketing systems: Demand Base, Asana, Qualified, Mobly, and Swoogo is preferred.
