This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Marketing Operations roadmap, ensuring alignment with both departmental and organizational priorities.
• Establish and uphold governance standards for campaign setup, tracking, segmentation, and data quality.
• Act as the main point of contact between Marketing and Enterprise Technology, translating requirements for automation, segmentation, tracking standards, lead lifecycle, and reporting.
• Discover, design, and implement responsible AI-enabled strategies—including advanced prompting and agentic workflow design—to enhance operational efficiency while upholding data quality and governance.
• Create and maintain reporting frameworks that link marketing activities to outcomes, such as funnel performance, attribution, and ROI.
• Manage campaign taxonomy, tracking standards (UTMs, naming conventions), and KPI consistency across various teams.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports; convert insights into actionable optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with BI/Data, Enterprise Technology, and Business Development to enhance data integrity, segmentation, enrichment, and usability of reporting.
• Execute lead-generation programs across multiple channels with precise tracking and measurement.
• Share responsibility for lead lifecycle governance (MQL/SQL criteria, routing, SLAs) with Revenue Ops and Sales Ops.
• Construct and refine lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and exception handling processes; monitor and address lead-flow challenges.
• Enhance funnel visibility and attribution preparedness through effective campaign hygiene and consistent data definitions.
• Oversee the marketing automation platform (Marketo), focusing on architecture, governance, and daily administration.
• Design scalable automation programs, including nurture, lifecycle, re-engagement, and event/webinar journeys.
• Regulate automation rules, triggers, personalization, segmentation logic, and reusable components to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Participate in campaign kickoffs to outline measurement plans, audience strategies, segmentation requirements, and operational necessities.
• Translate marketing operations concepts into straightforward guidance, training, and documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure that all campaigns and messaging are standardized and systematically reportable across platforms—from ads to emails to web pages to lead intake.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, analytics, or a related field.
• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification is mandatory; candidates must be certified and ready to contribute immediately.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Marketo administration, including architecture, automation, and governance.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and collaboration with CRM teams (MS Dynamics 365 or similar).
• Strong background in marketing campaign operations, including quality assurance and documentation discipline.
• Proficient in analytics and data fluency: funnel analysis, segmentation strategy, and KPI development.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven track record in lead management optimization: scoring, routing, and SLA management.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C funnels and lifecycle governance (e.g., MQL/SQL definitions).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, web analytics, and tracking (UTMs, pixels).
• Demonstrated skill with generative AI tools and advanced prompting techniques applied to marketing operations, segmentation, and analytics workflows.
• Comfortable designing or piloting agentic AI workflows to streamline marketing operations tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong sense of ownership, keen attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.
