Marketing Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily management of our marketing operations foundation and various essential marketing technologies.

• Aid with the marketing database, ensuring clean lists, standardizing segment groups, and enhancing the internal data structure for GPS.

• Develop and uphold documentation and processes related to marketing operations.

• Oversee database integrity and work with internal teams on initiatives to improve data quality.

• Help manage the contacts database to maintain optimal data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

• Aggregate various data sources and generate reports and dashboards to support marketing decision-making.

• Experience working with a strong sense of urgency, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical abilities and project management expertise.

• Familiarity with CRM databases and Marketing Automation Platforms, such as SalesForce and Marketo, is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, v-lookup, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and more.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Highly organized and self-driven.

• Outstanding time management skills.
