
Marketing Operations and CRM Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership of and oversee the CRM platform (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable systems)
• Create, construct, and enhance marketing automation workflows
• Ensure the quality of data, governance, and strategies for segmentation
• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to synchronize processes
• Design and sustain dashboards and reports to monitor performance
• Execute lead scoring models and manage lifecycle processes
• Oversee integrations between the CRM and additional tools (such as email, advertisements, analytics, etc.)
• Assist in campaign execution through effective list management and automation
• Identify areas for enhancing funnel conversion rates and operational efficiency
• Document workflows and uphold best practices within the CRM
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM management, or related positions
• Practical experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Knowledge of integrations (APIs, Zapier, or comparable tools)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Capacity to collaborate effectively across marketing and sales teams
• Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal)
