This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage marketing dashboards and pipelines, focusing on pipeline pacing, attribution, and performance metrics at the segment and channel levels for MQL, SAL, SQL, and pipeline revenue.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations on goal tracking, lead distribution, and segmentation processes.

• Establish clear and defensible attribution frameworks and data models to evaluate marketing performance.

• Recognize high-friction, repetitive processes within the marketing team and create effective solutions to minimize manual work and enhance execution speed.

• Work alongside marketers to understand their workflows, then create tools and automations they will find beneficial.

• Develop and document reusable agent templates and playbooks to empower the team to independently initiate new automations over time.

• Provide support with essential marketing tools including Hubspot, CRM integrations, intent tools, and lead routing.

• Lead AI enablement initiatives for the marketing team, including workshops, playbooks, and practical coaching sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a GTM engineer role within a B2B SaaS organization.

• Strong SQL proficiency and familiarity with a data warehouse (such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or comparable platforms).

• Proven experience in building automations and integrations (including APIs, webhooks, and workflow tools).

• Experience with Salesforce, LeanData, and Hubspot is essential, while familiarity with HockeyStack, Seam, Unify, and Qualified is a plus.

• Currently utilizing AI tools in your workflow and possess a perspective on their efficacy.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and focused on building with documentation and scalability in mind.
