This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of web launches, including A/B testing frameworks and regular architectural updates (Business-as-Usual).
• Manage bug tracking and resolution using our client's proprietary tool for bug analysis, handling technical interactions with development teams to maintain asset integrity and ensure quality assurance during the staging process.
• Direct the web review process and decision-making framework, ensuring compliance with global standards for all new digital launches.
• Administer global localisation initiatives, working alongside regional PMMs to enhance cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy across various markets.
• Utilize Google Analytics and advanced dashboard tools to assess platform health, track user engagement (such as CTA performance and scroll depth), and measure revenue impact.
• Evaluate A/B testing results to determine statistical significance and enhance conversion metrics in relation to regional benchmarks.
• Compile and synthesize regional performance data for executive reporting, contributing insights to internal strategic discussions and stakeholder presentations.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) across integrated media channels, including their acquisition and discontinuation.
• Conduct monthly audits of TFNs and reconcile lead quality against CRM data to ensure operational compliance and accuracy of inventory.
• Act as the strategic connection between regional stakeholders and Global Telemanagement to address connectivity and lead attribution issues.
• Publish case studies and editorial content on web platforms through the central content management system.
• BA/BS degree or comparable experience.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, GTM, and project management tools (Asana is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a matrixed organization, balancing expectations between Global leaders and Local market heads.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in technical documentation (Buganizer) and data auditing.
• Proven track record of managing complex web updates and testing schedules accurately.
• Precision in TFN tracking and campaign attribution within SFDC/MMR.
• Effective coordination of localisation and A/B testing across the 7+ priority markets in APAC.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong presentation abilities.
