Marketing Manager, NA Professional Hygiene

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Design and implement marketing, customer segmentation, and business development strategies that enhance revenue growth and expand market presence.

• Collaborate with R&D and TS&D teams to create unique product portfolios and impactful label claims that resonate with customer needs.

• Oversee promotional campaigns and market entry initiatives that bolster brand visibility and align with business growth targets.

• Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to spot opportunities and inform strategic choices.

• Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, clients, and key industry players throughout North America.

• Optimize distribution strategies, initiate geographic expansion plans, and implement customer retention efforts.

• Lead the definition of innovation projects and manage the innovation pipeline in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Track business performance, oversee budgets, and ensure the successful execution of marketing and business development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with animal biosecurity is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related commercial position.

• Demonstrated capability to formulate and implement effective growth strategies within a dynamic market context.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively across various functions in a matrix organization while also being capable of working independently when necessary.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Knowledge of FDA/EPA labeling is considered a plus.
