This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide project management assistance for Lifecycle Value Lab commercial innovation experiments, supporting both portfolios and individual experiment teams.
• Analyze results from experiments and marketing performance to extract insights, share findings, and suggest optimization or scaling opportunities.
• Evaluate external commercial vendors for new capabilities or technologies.
• Enhance existing channels, processes, and brand management opportunities.
• Improve the overall project management process for experiments.
• Develop and implement Kyprolis marketing strategies across various platforms, including websites, email, search, media, digital programs, and additional omnichannel channels.
• Oversee the SFMC editorial calendar, encompassing creative asset development, MAC approval, market launch, and performance measurement.
• Manage the Kyprolis team budget, ensuring timely and accurate execution of the marketing budget.
• Act as the Kyprolis Brand Team's primary contact for congresses and conferences.
• Direct Aimovig omnichannel orchestration and measurement, including the execution of patient support channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and lead agency and vendor partners.
• Utilize expertise in Amgen MAC approval processes.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of marketing and/or business experience in a Marketing/Sales commercial organization, OR Master’s degree with 4 years, OR Bachelor’s degree with 6 years, OR Associate’s degree with 10 years, OR high school diploma/GED with 12 years.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience is preferred, ideally in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with HCP, patient, consumer, or field-facing marketing tactics, including websites, email, media, sales materials, peer-to-peer programs, and digital engagement.
• Experience in developing KPI dashboards, measurement plans, or performance summaries.
• Proven track record of leading projects through material review processes.
• Strong project management capabilities in handling multiple workstreams, timelines, agencies, vendors, and budgets.
• Experience in collaborating with and managing external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
• Skill in motivating, influencing, and aligning cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to present marketing strategies, tactical plans, or performance results to leadership and larger groups.
• Highly driven self-starter with robust organizational skills and a commitment to excellence in strategy and execution.
• Experience with experimentation, test-and-learn methodologies, agile working approaches, lifecycle management, or innovation frameworks.
