This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Oversee marketing support for the U.S. go-to-market strategy related to the laboratory systems product portfolio and workflow analysis program.
• Assist with autoimmunity and allergy product lines as business demands dictate.
• Propel the execution and integration of marketing strategies and tactics across various channels.
• Direct the launches and development of new systems products, encompassing pre-registration, FDA-cleared product internalization, operations support, go-to-market planning, sales deployment, and marketing activities.
• Leverage workflow analysis, competitive insights, and market data to shape product positioning and differentiation strategies.
• Act as the product expert and primary contact for assigned systems products, providing support to sales, sales training, leadership, clinical and scientific affairs, operations, and national accounts.
• Monitor market metrics and data, refine the marketing approach, and communicate strategic decisions and initiatives to leadership.
• Facilitate sales enablement activities and collect customer perspectives and insights.
• Collaborate with learning and development and sales leadership to enhance resources and direction.
• Create and execute sales initiatives utilizing target analysis, segmentation, workflow analysis, competitive positioning, and sales-platform distribution.
• Design and implement digital initiatives and campaigns for laboratory systems products.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and work closely with agencies, content creators, marketing technology, digital teams, and global product teams.
• Manage the strategy and presence at tradeshows, including booth planning, product demonstrations, educational content, and lead generation.
• Develop integrated product marketing strategies that encompass digital marketing, campaigns, conferences, email marketing, webinars, live events, and unconventional channels.
• Innovate ways to amplify product messaging and educate consumers, healthcare providers, and laboratorians.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required; preferred fields of study include business, marketing, or science.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or related roles.
• Proven experience with multi-channel market-based campaigns, including messaging, programs, and tactics aimed at driving awareness and adoption.
• Background in healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, medical devices, sales, pharmaceuticals, or similar sectors.
• Capability to facilitate market research and analyze market segments, trends, growth rates, business trends, and expansion opportunities.
• Strong project and task management capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in understanding, influencing, and communicating with internal stakeholders and external entities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Excellent storytelling and value-proposition development abilities.
• Skilled at translating customer and organizational needs into impactful marketing materials and strategies.
• Competent in supervising, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies, tactics, programs, and materials using metrics dashboards.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment with limited information.
• Capability to aid in the development of internal and external tools and identify process enhancements.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing and able to travel up to 20% domestically, including occasional weekends, as well as internationally.
• Must be capable of traveling by car and airplane.
• Must be comfortable working in a virtual environment, spending a significant portion of the workday on a computer or phone.
