
Marketing Manager – IVF Genetic Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a regional marketing strategy for genetic testing and genomic services.
• Establish segmentation and positioning strategies for IVF clinics, embryology laboratories, and genetic counseling networks.
• Create annual marketing plans while monitoring performance to foster demand and revenue growth.
• Develop scientifically precise messaging that aligns with clinical evidence and regulatory guidelines.
• Produce white papers, case studies, presentations, digital campaigns, and educational materials.
• Simplify complex genetic data into clear and relevant customer value propositions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide training, tools, and competitive positioning strategies.
• Create ROI tools, workflow guides, and materials for handling objections.
• Supply competitive intelligence and insights from the field.
• Oversee go-to-market strategies and execution for new assays, platform enhancements, and updates.
• Ensure alignment among clinical, regulatory, product, and counseling teams.
• Track launch performance and make adjustments based on adoption rates, turnaround time trends, and feedback.
• Conduct research to gather customer insights from physicians, embryologists, lab leaders, and genetic counselors.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance credibility and evidence development.
• Facilitate advisory boards, webinars, and scientific engagement initiatives.
• Analyze usage data and reporting trends to refine strategies and messaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in an IVF setting.
• Proven experience in managing technical product lines and supporting product launches.
• Strong knowledge of IVF workflows and genetic testing applications.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic planning abilities.
• Preferred experience collaborating with key opinion leaders in embryology or genetic testing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing analytics tools is preferred.
• Ability to convey scientific concepts in clear and persuasive messaging.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
