This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with the Associate Consumer Marketing Director and brand teams to strategize launch planning and go-to-market execution for potential RINVOQ dermatology indications.
• Lead the creation and manage the execution of direct-to-consumer tactics across various channels including video, web, CRM, social media, and in-office, with a focus on digital communications.
• Drive and engage in business and marketing planning processes within the Dermatology sector.
• Utilize marketing capabilities to develop and enhance marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends and apply data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Conduct market surveys, focus groups, and consumer interviews to guide brand positioning and differentiation.
• Oversee and manage marketing projects, plans, initiatives, and tasks.
• Deliver high-quality results on schedule while maximizing investment efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Assess campaign effectiveness through metrics and measurements to support return on investment and brand goals.
• Assist in managing agency relationships, including scope, direction, terms, and oversight.
• Track and oversee the Consumer Marketing Budget, optimizing resources effectively.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners while leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of pertinent marketing experience.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agency partners.
• Capability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Proficiency in creative development, value proposition, positioning, segmentation, and investment optimization.
• Excellent skills in project management, analytical thinking, and conceptualization.
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach.
• Keen attention to detail, execution, and follow-through.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards impacting pharmaceutical products.
• Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Preferred: experience managing multiple external agencies, including advertising, digital, and database agencies.
• Preferred: direct-to-consumer media experience across TV, print, and digital platforms.
• Preferred: CRM experience encompassing direct mail and email.
• Preferred: understanding of social media platforms and their use.
• Ability to engage with all organizational levels in a highly matrixed environment.
• Ability to influence senior management.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
