This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and refresh Clinic Asana boards for both clinic partner and B2C workstreams, managing requests and ensuring tasks, deadlines, and statuses are up to date.
• Prepare meeting summaries and action-item trackers for regular meetings and cross-functional collaborations.
• Offer administrative and coordination assistance to clinic partner staff, administrators, care community leaders, and outreach coordinators.
• Organize logistics for print orders, promotional merchandise, and the ProShop print portal.
• Develop and implement B2C and B2B awareness campaigns across print and digital platforms from inception to launch.
• Coordinate the rollout of multi-channel campaigns encompassing print materials, digital advertisements, emails, and signage.
• Create clinic collateral and digital assets using Canva.
• Ensure brand consistency across materials from clinic partners.
• Manage clinic print shop collateral and storefronts, including catalog maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform routine updates on clinic partner websites using Squarespace, including content modifications, page updates, and new page creations.
• Supervise local SEO optimization through BrightLocal and ensure accurate clinic listings across directories.
• Maintain Google Business Profiles, encompassing hours, services, photos, and responses to reviews.
• Design and distribute clinic-partner email campaigns via Mailchimp, including copy creation, segmentation, and scheduling.
• Organize and cleanse Mailchimp audience lists, including reconfirmation workflows.
• Update and maintain clinic Jotforms, including intake and clinic-facing forms and their associated logic.
• Act as the main marketing contact for each clinic partner.
• Conduct regular bi-weekly or monthly check-in meetings with clinic partners and follow up on action items.
• Facilitate communication regarding clinic initiatives for Indigenous Pact team members.
• Monitor acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics with the ROOTS team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Health, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing.
• Prior experience in a healthcare clinic, provider office, or similar patient-facing organization is highly preferred.
• Proficient in using Canva.
• Familiarity with Squarespace and Mailchimp.
• Practical experience with Jotform or a comparable form-building platform.
• Capability to manage relationships with external clinic partners, conduct regular check-ins, and respond promptly via email.
• Comfortable working with acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams with the ROOTS group.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance standards in marketing communications and data management is preferred.
• Familiarity with BrightLocal or a similar local SEO/listing tool and Google Business Profiles is preferred.
• Experience in a marketing agency, healthcare, mission-driven, or nonprofit organization is preferred.
• Prior experience or exposure to Indigenous, Tribal, or Native American communities is preferred.
