This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the planning and execution for the global field event portfolio.
• Oversee trade shows, regional summits, proprietary events, executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, third-party sponsorships, and co-sponsored partner activations.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and timelines associated with each event.
• Develop pre-event, on-site, and post-event strategies for every program.
• Establish event objectives and enhance the registration-to-attendance conversion rate.
• Collaborate with sales to create targeted invitation lists.
• Implement follow-up strategies that transform engagement into meetings and opportunities.
• Work closely with regional sales leaders, SDRs, and partner managers to ensure programs align with territory priorities, target account lists, and pipeline goals.
• Execute or provide strong support for ABM programs linked to event activities.
• Organize co-marketing initiatives and joint events with channel and alliance partners.
• Create promotional materials and event messaging alongside product marketing, creative teams, and demand generation.
• Oversee the global field marketing budget.
• Provide reports on pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per opportunity, and event ROI.
• Report directly to the Global VP of Marketing and collaborate with sales, customer success, product marketing, creative, and demand generation teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of field or event marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of executing programs that generate significant pipeline.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience in running or closely supporting ABM programs in coordination with sales targeting specific accounts.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Proficient with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar).
• Ability to extract and analyze performance data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to relevant tradeshows and conferences globally, approximately 30–50% during peak seasons.
• Experience managing a field events portfolio across various regions.
• Background in B2B startup marketing.
• Experience in delivering both intimate field events and large-scale user conferences.
• Familiarity with the SaaS landscape is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Media & Publishing industry is a plus.
