This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +6 more states.
• Create marketing materials for various campaigns, landing pages, social media, digital promotions, and event graphics.
• Utilize Worldly’s brand system, enhancing and expanding it while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Design presentations for executives and customer-facing materials.
• Improve slide templates to enable the team to create high-quality presentations autonomously.
• Oversee visual design for events, including graphics for booths, signage, and session materials.
• Build a comprehensive photography library for slides and other marketing assets.
• Transform supply chain and sustainability data into charts, diagrams, explainers, and report layouts.
• Develop reusable templates, components, and visual patterns for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Design on visual patterns and brand representation across marketing and product interfaces.
• Report directly to the Director of Marketing.
• At least 5 years of experience in design for B2B or technology brands, with a portfolio that showcases brand systems and versatility across formats.
• Strong visual judgment and craftsmanship.
• Proficient in information design and data visualization techniques.
• Skilled in Figma.
• Competent in Canva and presentation design using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Experience with both digital and physical formats, including web, social media, event graphics, and print.
• Ability to work independently from a brief without the need for daily artistic direction.
• Availability to work during hours that overlap significantly with the North American workday.
• Familiarity with AI tools in the design process, or a willingness to develop that skill.
• Background in sustainability, climate, supply chain, or consumer goods is advantageous.
• Experience in motion design or short-form video for social media is beneficial.
• Experience working within a shared design system or in collaboration with a product design team is a plus.
• Helpful to have event or trade show production experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in one of the specified locations.
• Ability to commit to 20 hours per week.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain the necessary work authorization; a sponsorship question will be included in the application.
• Flexible remote work options.
• Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.
• Initial contractor term of three months, with the possibility of extension as needed.
