Marketing Manager – Growth, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the catalyst for the Sales team: You will cultivate high-intent leads through an innovative mix of channels (both digital and offline) that achieves remarkable Customer Acquisition Costs (CACs) by catering to the distinct needs of restaurant owners, franchisees, and other delivery companies.

• Design a "Find the Needle" SEO strategy: Focus on enhancing visibility for high-intent niche keywords and develop content that effectively converts franchisees into leads, going beyond mere traffic.

• Pioneer unconventional Performance Marketing: Execute multi-channel strategies across Meta, Google, and AI-driven outreach, while trying innovative tactics such as direct mail or door-to-door approaches to engage busy decision-makers.

• Transform data into growth strategies: Conduct thorough analyses of performance and unit economics to refine strategies and scale the channels that significantly impact growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growth marketing with a knack for uncovering leads in unconventional settings (O2O, hyper-local, or AI-automated outreach).

• Comprehensive understanding of Google and Meta, along with the creativity to weave in "analog" channels like postal mail and door-to-door efforts into a digital framework.

• Proficient in interpreting trends and unit economics (LTV/CAC) to convert intricate data into straightforward, actionable ROI for the organization.

• Practical experience in briefing and guiding external SEO/Creative agencies to ensure they meet niche-specific KPIs.

• A meticulous approach to upholding quality, brand consistency, and high conversion rates across all performance channels.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German or Dutch is a substantial advantage.
