This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of the strategy and execution for Gecko Events’ Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.
• Develop Reels, behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and event summaries.
• Manage, analyze, and enhance Google Ads and Meta paid advertising campaigns.
• Increase organic traffic through effective SEO and content strategies.
• Oversee the Webflow website, including landing pages and necessary updates.
• Transform team-building formats into products with distinctive names, narratives, and dedicated pages.
• Produce sales materials such as case studies, presentations, and reviews.
• Organize and execute company retreats and client events from start to finish.
• Develop agendas, timelines, and logistical plans for events.
• Coordinate with venues, caterers, activities, and transportation through our partner network.
• Administer event budgets and ensure events stay on schedule.
• Travel to events both in Spain and internationally.
• Manage events on-site, lead activities, and foster team connections.
• Represent Gecko in front of the camera and in person.
• Background in marketing, content creation, and event management.
• Junior to mid-level profile; focus on demonstrated skills rather than previous experience.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Practical experience with paid media, including Google Ads and Meta.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content-driven traffic generation.
• Capability to shoot and edit videos using a smartphone.
• Fluent in English (C1); proficiency in Catalan and other languages is advantageous.
• Aesthetic sensibility and a good taste in design.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new formats and experiences.
• Capacity to adapt swiftly, maintain composure, and resolve issues on-site.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
• Knowledge of CapCut or similar video editing software.
• Experience with Webflow.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Acquainted with Claude and Claude Code, or a strong willingness to quickly master these tools.
