This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, strategize, and implement complex, senior-level events for Fortune 100 clients.

• Act as the primary strategic consultant on meeting strategies, process enhancements, and technology infrastructure choices.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders while gaining insight into client goals and business priorities.

• Recognize growth opportunities within the account while upholding exceptional service delivery standards.

• Facilitate collaboration among Amex GBT entities to ensure coordinated event execution.

• Lead collaborative calls and maintain oversight of event portfolios.

• Mentor travel support agents regarding group communication and travel logistics.

• Provide support for US time zone coverage in multi-event coordination and customer inquiries.

• Oversee comprehensive event operations, including pipeline updates, expenditure tracking, and infrastructure planning.

• Propel process enhancements with Global Services teams.

• Manage room block negotiations and logistics in collaboration with hotel partners throughout the Americas.

• Develop and uphold reporting frameworks, data accuracy, and partner communications.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience with Fortune 100 companies, demonstrating success in managing complex, high-stakes relationships.

• Proven expertise in event planning and execution at a senior level.

• Extensive understanding of business travel operational processes, industry standards, and commercial dynamics.

• Strong commercial insight with the ability to navigate delicate client relationships and strategic account considerations.

• Capacity to collaborate across different functional areas, geographies, and cultures with diplomacy and influence.

• History of delivering results under pressure while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.

• Strategic mindset to align operational execution with business development opportunities.

• Candidates located in the Eastern time zone are strongly preferred based on business requirements.
