This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of and implement ASPEN’s comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at driving pipeline growth, expanding customer reach, and achieving measurable marketing results.
• Design, execute, evaluate, and enhance lead acquisition strategies utilizing both Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and mass marketing approaches.
• Identify key target accounts, create message sequencing and personalization, and oversee the execution and assessment of initiatives.
• Organize participation in around 2–3 industry conferences annually, focusing on planning, logistics, campaigns, and lead follow-up in collaboration with Sales.
• Manage and enhance the ASPEN website and SEO strategy in collaboration with external vendors.
• Implement and oversee the social media strategy, aiming for approximately one post each week.
• Produce monthly thought leadership content.
• Develop and sustain sales and marketing materials, including case studies, solution overviews, and industry-specific messaging.
• Plan and execute a monthly webinar series for customers to promote product adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Lead and coordinate the customer conference, focusing on agenda creation, speaker coordination, and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on expansion campaigns, adoption initiatives, and upsell strategies.
• Support the go-to-market execution for new enhancements, modules, and products.
• Develop and refine core messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Ensure consistent messaging across various channels and customer interactions.
• Conduct competitive and market analyses to guide campaign design and messaging.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contributions, ROI, and conversion metrics.
• Optimize programs based on performance data and qualitative feedback.
• Manage marketing initiatives from inception to execution, measurement, and refinement.
• 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise, vertical SaaS, or complex software environments.
• Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns directly, rather than solely managing agencies or vendors.
• Experience with account-based marketing, email marketing, and digital demand generation.
• Strong collaborative skills with Sales and Product teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking pipeline, attribution, and campaign performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership mindset and capacity to operate independently in a lean environment.
• Experience within a dealership or dealership industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with creating human-in-the-loop AI processes to streamline workflows is preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms is preferred.
• Experience organizing events, conferences, or field marketing programs is preferred.
• Must be a resident of Canada.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across North America.
