This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the marketing strategy for Specialty Lab Services in collaboration with the Sr. Director of Marketing.
• Design and manage campaigns, content, and events focused on genomics, proteomics, clinical flow cytometry, molecular pathology, companion diagnostics, and post-approval services.
• Collaborate with Scientific Affairs and subject matter experts to create targeted, scientifically accurate messaging and marketing materials.
• Facilitate market share expansion among biopharma, diagnostic, contract research, and life science clients throughout the drug discovery, development, clinical trial, and commercialization phases.
• Organize and execute conference attendance, pre-arranged meetings, and hosted sessions in partnership with Events and Inside Sales.
• Generate scientific marketing materials, including presentation decks, application notes, case studies, advertisements, social media content, and other communications.
• Monitor campaign and program KPIs, encompassing marketing opportunities, pipeline attribution, and conversion metrics.
• Report on performance metrics to the Strategic Marketing lead.
• Assist in managing the marketing calendar, project timelines, and budget line items.
• Gather voice-of-customer insights, track competitive actions, and contribute to market research initiatives.
• Aid in equipping commercial, sales operations, and business development teams on new services and marketing strategies.
• Work in collaboration with marketing, cross-functional teams, and strategic partners.
• Over 3 years of marketing experience in the biopharma, diagnostic, or life science sectors.
• Background in a marketing manager, specialist, or associate product manager role.
• Bachelor's degree in life science, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Sufficient scientific literacy to engage credibly with subject matter experts and technical content.
• Preferred experience in genomics, proteomics, molecular pathology biomarker development, or similar life science fields.
• Practical experience in executing multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, content, email, events, and partnerships.
• Required familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce.com experience is preferred.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Awareness of relevant regulatory and industry guidelines is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple simultaneous programs within set deadlines.
• Flexible working hours with a start time between 7 AM and 9 AM local time.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally for mandatory site meetings and training sessions.
