Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Maintain records of past and upcoming advertising in the database

• Enhance landing pages and conversion funnels for improved performance

• Oversee the deployment of email campaigns

• Administer internal email lists and segments

• Monitor and evaluate the results of email campaigns

• Improve the overall website experience

• Manage content for social media and oversee content production

• Generate regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement

• Create new lead magnets

• Collaborate with vendors

• Partner with SEO specialists

• Support in analyzing and reporting on key marketing metrics and the effectiveness of initiatives

• Review and coordinate web and email content

• Handle vendor documentation

• Organize projects with internal teams and external freelancers/agencies

• Keep track of industry news, online mentions of the company, and competitor activities

• Execute other assigned responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing is preferred or equivalent experience; or four to six years of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience

• High level of attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

• Capability to foster positive working relationships throughout the organization

• Excellent listening and comprehension skills

• Strong organizational abilities

• A strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making

• Openness to embracing and learning AI tools

• Experience in project management; proficiency in Asana is highly preferred

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms; experience with DotDigital is highly preferred

• Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
