This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the editorial calendar across all content channels, including articles, newsletters, webinars, LinkedIn Lives, and various marketing events.
• Manage the newsletter strategy, production timeline, and distribution through HubSpot and LinkedIn.
• Conceptualize and produce webinars, overseeing the process from initial idea to post-event content repurposing.
• Collaborate closely with PG's leadership team to establish and uphold their public profile across LinkedIn, podcasts, industry publications, research features, and press announcements.
• Create and sustain content production workflows utilizing tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, and Claude.
• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within a B2B or SaaS context.
• Proven ownership of at least one content channel from inception (such as a newsletter, blog, or webinar series) and a strong perspective on what distinguishes effective B2B content from forgettable material.
• A systematic mindset.
• Concrete examples of how you currently integrate AI into your work.
• Capability to write for executives, decision-makers, and buying committees.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• A balance of creativity and rigor.
• Clear and direct communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, and best practices for content optimization.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and AI-driven marketing tools and workflows.
