This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create and manage a scalable pipeline that reliably generates qualified leads for California employment class action plaintiffs.
• Familiarity with lead generation processes.
• Knowledgeable or experienced in implementing CRM systems and call platforms, in addition to developing spreadsheets and online databases.
• Identify targeted employers and potential class member communities through innovative sourcing, online investigations, and research techniques.
• Perform high-volume, professional outreach via phone, email, direct messages, and other channels to engage prospective plaintiffs.
• Pre-qualify leads by asking pertinent questions, capturing essential details, and coordinating intake steps with the legal team.
• Maintain meticulous records of all outreach, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems and spreadsheets with organized notes.
• Innovate and assess new outreach strategies weekly (including scripts, channels, lists, and targeting approaches) to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) strategically to identify leads and initiate conversations, rather than merely managing a brand account.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and care.
• Provide reports on activities and results, focusing on conversion metrics: qualified intakes, signed clients, and key takeaways.
• **Must-Have:**
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) and confidence when engaging with new individuals.
• Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups, and phone calls as a fundamental aspect of your daily routine.
• Proven capability to conduct independent research and connect information using online sources and databases.
• Experience in at least one of the following: lead generation, prospecting, recruiting/sourcing, intake coordination, investigative work, or outreach-intensive roles.
• Proficient in the use of CRMs, calling tools, spreadsheets, and online research methods.
• Self-motivated work style: able to organize your day, prioritize leads, and function with minimal oversight.
• Professional discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
• **Nice to Have:**
• Previous experience in legal intake, class action outreach, plaintiff-side employment law, or private investigations.
• Understanding of California employment law or concepts related to class action litigation.
• Experience in sourcing employee contact details and/or utilizing investigative databases.
• Basic experience in performance marketing or outreach scripting (testing approaches, enhancing conversion rates).
