This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively reaching out to consumers who have submitted service inquiries via online lead-generation channels.
• Promptly engaging with prospects following their inquiry to validate their needs, evaluate eligibility, and connect them with suitable service providers.
• Overseeing multiple outbound leads while adhering to quality and productivity standards.
• Completing all necessary Lead Qualification Questions (LQQs).
• Identifying qualifying and disqualifying criteria according to campaign and provider guidelines.
• Collecting precise information to assess consumer eligibility and match them with appropriate service providers.
• Delivering empathetic, professional, and solution-focused service.
• Following prescribed scripts, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensuring uniform handling of all lead types and inquiries.
• Performance is evaluated based on speed of contact, accuracy in qualification, successful transfers to providers, customer satisfaction, and compliance with quality standards.
• Prior experience in outbound calling, tele sales, lead qualification, customer service, call center operations, or appointment setting.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales or as a Sales Development Representative.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Capability to quickly establish rapport and engage consumers over the phone.
• Confidence in managing objections and steering conversations effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls while upholding quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Comfortable navigating various systems while interacting with consumers.
• Experience dealing with web-generated leads.
• Background in lead qualification, customer acquisition, or provider matching settings.
• This is a work-from-home position.
