This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and strategic follow-up campaigns.
• Implement outbound lead generation strategies to consistently create a qualified sales pipeline.
• Manage the top of the sales funnel by generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the recruitment and outsourcing sectors.
• Collaborate with leadership to craft targeted outreach campaigns and messaging strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on essential sales metrics, including response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, email sequences, and outreach strategies to enhance campaign performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new business opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM.
• 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation within a B2B context.
• Prior experience in a recruitment or outsourcing agency.
• Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
• Proven track record of building outbound pipelines that yield qualified opportunities.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create engaging sales emails and outreach messages.
• Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels, sales KPIs, and conversion metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and enhance campaign performance.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
