This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Defining and refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in collaboration with the Business Development Manager (BDM)
• Lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other channels
• Analyzing companies to identify signals for personalization
• Qualifying LinkedIn profiles
• Warming up leads to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and transferring them to the BDM
• Sending connection requests on LinkedIn + InMail
• Conducting cold email outreach
• Managing follow-ups
• Manually personalizing each message
• ICP screening
• Handover SQL to BDM along with lead briefings
• Entering and maintaining data in the CRM
• Weekly reporting on the sales funnel
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead searching using filters and Spotlight
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, SalesForce, or similar) for managing leads and pipeline
• Competence in Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude for research and personalization
• Written English proficiency at B1-B2 level
• Knowledge of Notion
• Strong time management and independent task management skills
