This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Generate high-quality residential solar leads through a mix of digital outreach, targeted prospecting campaigns, thorough database research, and direct cold-calling initiatives.
• Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to assess interest, qualify leads, and arrange appointments for the solar sales team.
• Design and execute lead generation strategies aimed at enhancing appointment quality while minimizing acquisition costs.
• Create and maintain prospect databases, ensuring precise lead tracking, follow-up scheduling, and effective CRM management.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine lead qualification criteria and maximize conversion rates from lead to appointment.
• Track campaign performance, appointment outcomes, and lead quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and scalability.
• Over 3 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, or business development.
• Proven record of generating outbound appointments through cold calling and proactive prospecting efforts.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead management systems, and sales automation tools.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, confident, and persuasive phone demeanor.
• Capability to work autonomously, manage multiple outreach campaigns, and consistently meet appointment-setting targets.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and proficient data management capabilities.
• Prior experience in residential solar, renewable energy, home improvement, roofing, energy efficiency, or similar industries is preferred.
• Experience in generating leads across various markets or states.
• Knowledge of digital lead generation channels including email outreach, social media prospecting, online lead sourcing, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in developing lead generation processes from scratch instead of merely working with pre-existing leads.
• Understanding of homeowner qualification criteria, residential sales cycles, and consultative appointment setting techniques.
• Exposure to commercial or B2B lead generation is an advantage.
