This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the US, aligning it with revenue objectives and global marketing initiatives.
• Identify audiences, markets, partnerships, and channels that drive growth.
• Tailor global campaigns and positioning to cater to the US senior living and care sector.
• Oversee the regional campaign calendar, budget, and project priorities.
• Create and manage integrated demand-generation campaigns utilizing email, paid media, content, webinars, events, and partnerships.
• Oversee the regional email strategy, including segmentation, nurture programs, and follow-up on campaigns.
• Enhance lead generation, conversion rates, account engagement, and the routing and measurement of leads in HubSpot.
• Design targeted programs for key accounts, operator groups, and strategic market segments.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for the US sales team.
• Create US-specific sales presentations, case studies, one-pagers, proposals, follow-up materials, and campaign assets.
• Translate product features into operational and commercial benefits for senior living operators.
• Assist with account-based campaigns directed at strategic prospects and ongoing opportunities.
• Select and support participation in US conferences, webinars, executive gatherings, field programs, sponsorships, and presentations.
• Develop pre-event, on-site, and post-event campaigns to generate meetings and measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Establish regional partnerships with associations, media outlets, technology partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Produce US customer case studies, testimonials, videos, and campaign materials.
• Create content, thought leadership pieces, educational resources, reports, and webinars tailored for US senior living operators.
• Coordinate public relations announcements, contributed articles, awards, speaking engagements, and media relations.
• Position Teton and its leadership as respected authorities in the US senior living market.
• Localize product messaging and develop communication strategies for US customer segments, buyer roles, and sales stages.
• Monitor and analyze competitors, market trends, customer requirements, and changes in the senior living industry.
• Support product launches and communicate new features effectively.
• Set regional objectives and report on campaign success, lead generation, pipeline contributions, event outcomes, and channel effectiveness.
• Maintain dashboards and leverage performance data to refine targeting, messaging, investment, and sales follow-up.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Background in healthcare technology, senior living, or enterprise software is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing a regional, vertical, or business-unit marketing strategy.
• Demonstrated success in integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong experience in sales enablement, particularly with enterprise sales teams.
• Familiarity with events, content creation, email marketing, webinars, account-based marketing, and demand generation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, messaging, and presentation capabilities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company with shifting priorities and evolving processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience utilizing marketing and CRM data effectively.
• Knowledge of HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is preferred.
• Understanding of the US senior living or healthcare market is highly advantageous.
