This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that encompass email, ABM digital, and webinars in accordance with pipeline objectives.
β’ Organize campaign materials, schedules, and deployment within marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
β’ Support audience segmentation, list management, and campaign quality assurance to ensure precise targeting.
β’ Aid in the planning and coordination for field events, trade shows, and virtual webinars directed at enterprise leaders.
β’ Work alongside sales teams to guarantee that event strategies are in harmony with regional objectives.
β’ Manage post-event follow-up processes, including email nurturing and lead routing.
β’ Ensure prompt processing, scoring, and transfer of leads to sales within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
β’ Monitor key performance indicators for campaigns and events (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline influence).
β’ Assist in developing dashboards that illustrate how marketing events directly influence the sales pipeline.
β’ Perform basic performance analysis to guide the optimization of campaigns and events.
β’ Current Student: Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (preferably Juniors or Seniors).
β’ Tech Savvy: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; eager to learn platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo and AI-based tools.
β’ Communication: Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a straightforward manner.
β’ Organization: Exceptional attention to detail - you are the individual who notices the typo in the first paragraph.
