• Assist in the implementation of integrated campaigns across email, digital ABM, and webinars that are aligned with pipeline objectives.
• Manage campaign materials, schedules, and distribution within marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
• Support audience segmentation, list management, and campaign quality assurance to guarantee precise targeting.
• Aid in the organization and logistics for field events, trade shows, and virtual webinars focused on enterprise leaders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that event strategies are in line with regional objectives.
• Implement post-event follow-up workflows, including email nurturing and lead distribution.
• Ensure prompt lead processing, scoring, and transfer to sales within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Monitor key campaign and event performance indicators (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline influence).
• Assist in creating dashboards that demonstrate how marketing events influence the sales pipeline.
• Perform basic performance analysis to guide the optimization of campaigns and events.
• Current Student: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferably Juniors or Seniors).
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; eagerness to learn platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo and AI-based tools.
• Communication: Excellent writing skills and the capability to convey complex concepts in simple terms.
• Organization: Exceptional attention to detail - you are the individual who spots the typo in the first paragraph.
