Marketing Intern, Community Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist in managing our social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram.

• In the realm of content and SEO marketing, you will independently write new blog posts and actively seek out engaging topics for our international community.

• You will work with our team to create new marketing campaigns and actively participate in their planning and execution.

• Your responsibilities will include reviewing new artist applications globally, scouting for fresh talent, providing feedback, and helping with quality management.

• You will address inquiries and concerns from our community while supporting overall communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Your academic background should be in Business Administration, Media Studies, Journalism, or Cultural and Communication Studies — we also welcome career changers.

• You should be available for 4 to 6 months and must complete a mandatory internship as part of your studies.

• While initial professional experience through an internship in marketing or communications is beneficial, it is not essential.

• What’s more important is your passion for social media and your ability to stay updated with the latest trends.

• A confident writing style is crucial. Experience in writing or working with SEO articles (e.g., student newspaper, blog) is a plus.

• You should possess strong communication skills and a confident demeanor, enabling you to develop ideas independently and persuade others.

• A good sense of humor and a creative mindset are essential for this role.

• You should enjoy providing support to our community with questions and practical assistance.
