This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify marketing workflows that are suitable for automation and transform them into operational agents across areas such as content, campaigns, lead enrichment, channel optimization, and creative testing.
• Configure agents utilizing existing platforms (Clay, Lindy, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot AI, OpenAI/Claude APIs) — no coding required, but a structured approach is essential.
• Develop prompts, design workflows, and create training data to ensure agents are reliable and accurate.
• Monitor the output of agents, identify failures and quality declines, and quickly iterate on prompts and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and Customer Ops when deeper technical work is required (custom integrations, infrastructure).
• Document your developments so the marketing team can effectively use, trust, and contribute to your agents.
• Keep abreast of the latest AI tools — new platforms, prompt techniques, and agent capabilities — and integrate beneficial patterns into our workflows.
• Possess 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or marketing automation, preferably with hands-on experience in tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Segment, or similar.
• Be an avid AI user — you are familiar with ChatGPT/Claude, have constructed projects in n8n or Zapier, and have automated aspects of your daily routine.
• Think in systems rather than tasks — when encountering a repetitive workflow, you instinctively outline it as inputs, steps, outputs, and decision points.
• Display structure and patience — you recognize that achieving reliable agent performance involves 10% setup and 90% iteration.
• Communicate effectively, document your creations, and proactively address issues without waiting for direction.
• Be willing to experiment cost-effectively and accept a high failure rate when feedback loops are rapid.
