This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies aimed at boosting organic traffic, enhancing visibility, and generating inbound leads.
• Perform keyword research and create SEO-optimized landing pages along with effective content structures.
• Enhance the company website in terms of conversion rates, user experience, messaging, positioning, and lead flow.
• Design and refine B2B marketing funnels for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Establish and optimize LinkedIn outbound acquisition systems and outreach initiatives.
• Assist in founder branding by preparing LinkedIn posts, educational content, and campaign concepts.
• Evaluate discovery calls, sales conversations, and customer meetings to pinpoint customer pain points, objections, and recurring business challenges.
• Convert sales insights into scalable content assets such as: - LinkedIn posts, - SEO articles, - landing pages, - YouTube concepts, - case studies, - lead magnets.
• Create and organize YouTube scripts and educational B2B content.
• Investigate industry trends, competitor positioning, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to enhance lead quality and messaging.
• Aid in marketing automation efforts and AI-supported workflows.
• Optionally edit short-form video content and generate content snippets for social media and YouTube.
• Regularly analyze marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities across campaigns and funnels.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (German proficiency is a plus).
• Strong analytical thinking and communication abilities.
• Capacity to comprehend complex business processes and articulate them simply and systematically.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, personal branding, or outbound campaigns is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or AI technologies is highly valued.
• Strong sense of ownership and a self-directed work ethic.
• Capability to work autonomously and execute swiftly in a dynamic environment.

• Interest in automation, AI, SaaS, and operational business systems.
• Experience with video editing, YouTube content creation, or short-form content production is a plus.
