Marketing Expert – Organic Growth, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop task briefs rooted in genuine organic growth initiatives, detailing the planted issue and the resolution a proficient practitioner should achieve.

• Outline the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states essential for realistic task execution.

• Compose or evaluate reference answers and criteria that differentiate strong responses from feasible yet incorrect ones.

• Analyze AI agent attempts and assess them against practitioner benchmarks.

• Design and evaluate tasks that involve diagnosing complicated or conflicting data, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-step orchestration across various tools.

• Contribute to Organic Growth environments that encompass search and answer-engine visibility, content-driven acquisition, technical and on-page diagnostics, keyword and topic prioritization, web and pricing journey optimization, as well as organic-traffic funnel analysis.

• Engage in projects focused on training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience as a practitioner in organic growth or SEO/AEO; ownership of this work rather than merely managing others who perform it.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs, and a content management system such as Contentful.

• Previous experience in constructing AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly preferred.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Ability to articulate clear written reasoning and explain the rationale behind decisions.

• Completion of a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment specific to the sub-domain.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Must not currently hold H1-B or STEM OPT status.
