This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create task briefs driven by actual marketing analytics data.
β’ Outline the objectives of each task, including embedded challenges and decisions made by experienced practitioners.
β’ Detail necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states to ensure tasks are realistic.
β’ Compose or assess reference answers and criteria that differentiate strong responses from plausible but incorrect ones.
β’ Examine attempts made by AI agents and measure them against expert benchmarks.
β’ Develop and rigorously test Marketing Analytics environments.
β’ Tackle aspects like anomaly detection, channel-performance synthesis, cross-source reconciliation, attribution, incrementality analysis, and decision-support reporting.
β’ Assess capabilities such as diagnosis, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-step orchestration across various tools.
β’ Contribute to projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.
β’ Direct hands-on experience in marketing analytics; actively engaged in this work rather than merely overseeing practitioners.
β’ Proficient in Google Analytics 4.
β’ Skilled in a product analytics tool like Amplitude.
β’ Experienced with a CRM such as Salesforce.
β’ Knowledgeable in ad platform reporting.
β’ Previous experience in building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.
β’ Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is highly desirable.
β’ Strong written reasoning skills with the ability to articulate the rationale behind decisions.
β’ Required to complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment focused on marketing analytics.
β’ Must have the capability to function as an independent contractor.
β’ H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
