Marketing Expert – Lifecycle, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop task briefs that reflect authentic lifecycle or CRM marketing activities.

• Determine the problem a task addresses and the conclusion a proficient practitioner should arrive at.

• Outline realistic documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed for the tasks.

• Compose or evaluate reference answers and criteria for assessment.

• Analyze AI agent attempts and evaluate them against practitioner benchmarks.

• Design and assess tasks that encompass diagnosis, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration.

• Address lifecycle domains such as contact strategy, milestone campaigns, customer communications, deliverability, list health, and lifecycle portfolio optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.

• Proven track record in managing the sending program and its incremental effects.

• Proficient in using an ESP, a CRM like Salesforce, and product analytics tools such as Amplitude.

• Previous experience in creating AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly desirable.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Ability to articulate clear written reasoning and justify decision-making processes.

• Must complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge screener related to the specific sub-domain.

• Engagement as an independent contractor is required.

• Applicants should not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
