Marketing Expert – Lifecycle, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create task briefs informed by actual lifecycle or CRM marketing activities, focusing on the identified issue and the decisions a proficient practitioner should make.

• Define the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic tasks.

• Compose or evaluate reference answers and criteria to differentiate strong responses from plausible yet incorrect ones.

• Assess AI agent attempts and measure them against practitioner standards.

• Construct and rigorously test Lifecycle environments for simulated marketing organizations.

• Tackle tasks that involve diagnosing complex or conflicting data, prioritization and trade-offs, planning and execution, quality assurance and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and multi-step orchestration across various tools.

• Collaborate on strategies related to contact, milestone campaigns, customer communications, deliverability and list health, as well as lifecycle portfolio optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience as a practitioner in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.

• Experience managing the sending program and its effectiveness.

• Proficient in navigating an ESP, a CRM like Salesforce, and product analytics tools such as Amplitude.

• Previous experience in establishing AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly preferred.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Ability to articulate clear written reasoning and explain the rationale behind decisions.

• Required to complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to this sub-domain.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to sponsor H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
