Marketing Expert – Content Marketing, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop task briefs grounded in actual work performed within content marketing.

• Outline the objectives each task evaluates, incorporating potential issues and the decisions a proficient practitioner should undertake.

• Detail the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed for realistic task execution.

• Compose or assess reference answers and criteria that differentiate strong responses from plausible yet incorrect ones.

• Review AI agent attempts and assess their performance against practitioner standards.

• Create and rigorously test Content Marketing environments that encompass research and discovery, editorial prioritization, content production, and content quality assurance and audit.

• Evaluate capabilities including the diagnosis of disorganized or conflicting data, prioritization and trade-offs, planning and execution, quality assurance and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and multi-step orchestration across tools.

• Collaborate on projects aimed at training and enhancing AI systems with Mercor, which partners with top AI labs and enterprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience as a hands-on practitioner in content marketing.

• Managed an editorial program comprehensively, rather than merely overseeing individuals who execute it.

• Proficient in using a content management system such as Contentful.

• Familiar with Google Analytics 4.

• Experienced with research tools like Semrush.

• Previous experience in building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly preferred.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Ability to articulate clear written reasoning and explain the rationale behind decisions made.

• Required to complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge screener related to the sub-domain.

• Must be engaged as an independent contractor.
